Margie Fiorella is a native of Sharon Hill, Pennsylvania. She has been a resident of Wilmington, Delaware since 1990. Shortly after moving to Delaware, Margie began volunteering at Church of the Holy Child as a preschool catechist. In 2001 she accepted the position of Administrative Assistant. Margie attended the Loyola Institute for Ministry program from 2004 to 2008 earning a master’s certificate in Religious Education. She served as an extraordinary minister of communion in both the church and nursing home settings.
Margie served as President and Vice President of the Association of Religious Education Administrators. Also serving on the diocesan board for Youth Ministry.
Margie has been the Director of Religious Education since 2005. In May 2024, Margie was named Director of Faith Formation.
